Mit Wirkung zum 01. Juli 2018 hat der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft Herrn Manfred Hochleitner (45) als Finanzvorstand bestellt, der ab sofort die Bereiche Finanzen und Controlling, Personal, IT, Organisation, Verwaltung, Investor Relations und Recht verantwortet.<\/p>\n<p>Manfred Hochleitner sammelte nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Diplom-Studiums Mathematik mit Nebenfach Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Universit\u00e4t Passau in sieben Jahren bei der VOGT electronic Gruppe umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Elektronik- und Elektrotechnikbranche, zuletzt als Prokurist und Leiter des Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichs Produktion und Supply-Chain-Management. Von 2007 bis 2011 war Herr Hochleitner Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Optiplan GmbH. Auf die Kaufm\u00e4nnische Leitung des Maschinenbauers G\u00e4mmerler AG folgten bis 2018 sechs Jahre bei der Phoenix Solar AG als Director Controlling \/ Finance sowie als Finanzvorstand. Eckhard H\u00f6rner-Marass, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Manz AG, kommentiert: \u201eMit Herrn Hochleitner haben wir einen erfahrenen Experten f\u00fcr die Position als Finanzvorstand gewonnen.
