Juli 2019 \u2013 Die Manz AG, weltweit agierender Hightech-Maschinenbauer mit umfassendem Technologieportfolio, hat am heutigen Dienstag in der FILharmonie in Filderstadt erfolgreich ihre Hauptversammlung 2019 durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Pr\u00e4senz des vertretenen Grundkapitals lag bei 60,35 %, s\u00e4mtliche Tagesordnungspunkte wurden mit gro\u00dfer Mehrheit verabschiedet.<\/p><p>Der Vorstand nutzte die Gelegenheit, den Aktion\u00e4ren detailliert \u00fcber die operative und strategische Entwicklung der Manz AG im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2018 zu berichten. Dieses war gepr\u00e4gt von deutlichen Fortschritten in der nachhaltigen Steigerung von \u00a0Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit und Profitabilit\u00e4t der Manz AG. Dank konsequenter Organisations-, Prozess- und Ablaufverbesserungen sowie des optimierten Produktportfolios gelang es, Umsatz wie auch Ergebnis signifikant gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr zu verbessern. In diesem Zusammenhang dankte der Vorstand allen Mitarbeitern f\u00fcr die erfolgreichen Anstrengungen der letzten Jahre.<\/p><p>Den anwesenden Aktion\u00e4rinnen und Aktion\u00e4ren stellte sich zudem der im Mai 2019 neu in den Vorstand berufene COO J\u00fcrgen Knie vor. J\u00fcrgen Knie \u00fcbernimmt seit dem 01. Juli 2019 die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Bereiche Einkauf, Produktion und Inbetriebnahme sowie die Segmente Contract Manufacturing und Service. J\u00fcrgen Knie leitete bislang als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer den Standort von Manz in der Slowakei , wo er auch die Entwicklung des Segments Contract Manufacturing verantwortete. In dieser Position legte er den Grundstein f\u00fcr das Joint Venture Talus Manufacturing am Standort Taiwan, in deren Board er bis heute Mitglied ist.<\/p><p>Martin Drasch, Vorstandsvorsitzender der Manz AG: \u201e2018 haben wir wesentliche Schritte hin zu nachhaltiger Profitabilit\u00e4t geschafft. Es gilt nun diesen Trend zu best\u00e4tigen, indem wir unseren eingeschlagenen Weg weiter fortsetzen. Wir wissen, ein solcher Prozess ist kein Selbstl\u00e4ufer und f\u00fcr alle mit vielen Anstrengungen verbunden.
