Michael Diegelmann is founder and board member of cometis AG. Since 1998, he has gained a wealth of experience across the entire spectrum of investor relations. IPOs, capital increases, ESG advisory, M&A and corporate crisis communication are his specialty. He is the co-author of numerous best-selling IR publications, including the bestseller “100 Financial Ratios” with more than 300,000 copies sold worldwide.
After studying “International Business Administration” in Wiesbaden, the USA, Canada and England, he worked for a Frankfurt brokerage house, as a project manager at an international consulting firm and as a freelance journalist.

Neil Stewart is SASB’s New York-based Director of Corporate Outreach, bringing more than 25 years of experience in and around investor relations and corporate governance. Previously he was at Citigroup as VP IR Advisory on the ADR team, helping non-US issuers develop IR and ESG strategies. Formerly Editorial & Research Director of both IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary magazine, Neil is well known for having led a global lineup of conferences and awards events. He is currently president of NIRI NY, the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.

Antje Stobbe joined Allianz Global Investors on 1 April, 2019 as a Senior ESG analyst. As a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Research team, she is – among others – responsible for corporate governance and proxy voting for EMEA markets, focusing on Germany and Austria in particular.
Before joining the firm, Antje was Head of Stakeholder Management in the Investor Relations team of Deutsche Bank leading corporate governance dialogue with the Bank’s top investors and serving as the key IR contact for Deutsche Bank’s ESG investors. In her previous role, Antje was Head of Sectors, Technology & Resources at Deutsche Bank Research in Frankfurt, and a member of Deutsche Bank’s Environmental Steering Committee and Climate Change Advisory Board. Antje gained a PhD from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and graduated in economics (Georg-August University Göttingen, University of California, Los Angeles).

Martin Ziegenbalg

Martin Ziegenbalg was born in 1964 in Bochum, Germany.
After obtaining a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Betriebswirt) in Germany and also a BA in European Finance & Accounting from Leeds Business School in 1990, Martin worked eight years for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Research in Frankfurt, New York and London. During that time he covered various capital goods industries, notably telecoms and European automobiles.
Martin joined Deutsche Bank Equity Research in 1999 covering the logistics sector and was involved in the IPO of Deutsche Post.
Since 2002 Martin heads the IR department of Deutsche Post in Bonn as Executive Vice President.
