Assuming a full exercise of the Greenshoe Option, total gross proceeds will amount to approx. EUR 118 million of which approx. EUR 100 million are proceeds for AKASOL raised in the capital increase. Furthermore, assuming full exercise of the Greenshoe Option, the free float will amount to approx. 40.1%.
