The platform concept of Main Funders fits in with creditshelf&#8217;s strategy of bringing<br \/>\npotential investors together with medium-sized companies.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, creditshelf and Commerzbank have entered into a fundamental lending cooperation<br \/>\nagreement. Commerzbank will refer select loan requests to creditshelf that have so far met the profile<br \/>\nof Main Funders.<\/p>\n<p>With the potential borrower&#8217;s authorisation, creditshelf contacts the interested borrower and decides \u2012<br \/>\nsubject to the outcome of its review process \u2012 whether the respective loan project will be placed on its<br \/>\nplatform. If a loan project is successfully arranged, Commerzbank in return receives a one-off<br \/>\ncommission from creditshelf.
