According to the judges, the British government had not taken the Paris Climate Protection Agreement into account. Thus the plaintiffs&#8217; &#8211; including Greenpeace &#8211; opinion was confirmed . The ruling shows that ESG is no longer abstract, but very tangible. Anyone who ignores ESG will have problems. One more reason why companies should address ESG issues. On the one hand, companies must integrate ESG into their strategy.
