Juan I. Bonifacino, CFA, is a Managing Director at Stifel in its investment banking’s Shareholder Advisory & Activism practice, where he advises clients on shareholder activism, corporate preparedness and governance.

Prior to joining Stifel, he was a Principal at CamberView Partners, a corporate governance advisory firm.

Mr. Bonifacino previously spent six years at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), where he served as a Vice President of M&A and Proxy Contest research. In the role, he evaluated the financial and strategic implications of proxy contests, contested mergers, and other economic-focused shareholder election proposals for institutional investor clients.

Mr. Bonifacino received a B.A. in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
