Hanover, September 6, 2018 – The Supervisory Board of Delticom AG (German Securities Code (WKN) 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock market symbol DEX), Europe’s leading online retailer of tyres and automotive accessories as well as efood specialist and expert in the field of efficient warehouse logistics, terminated by resolution of September 5, 2018 the employment contract of Management Board member Thierry Delesalle with immediate effect due to irreconcilable differences. As of today, the members of the Executive Board – Susann Dörsel-Müller, Philip von Grolman and Andreas Prüfer – will assume full responsibility for the business areas for which Thierry Delesalle was previously responsible.
