Supervisory Board of va-Q-tec AG extends Management Board mandate of founder and CEO Dr. Joachim Kuhn

The Supervisory Board and Dr. Kuhn are thereby sending an important signal of continuity. Dr. Kuhn, whose doctorate is in physics, founded va-Q-tec AG in 2001 in Würzburg, since when he has played a quite significant role in advancing the company along its growth track. He floated the company on the stock market in 2016 and is the largest individual shareholder in the company with a 15.27% interest.
