French IT company creates trust among investors
The Non Deal Roadshow organized by cometis in Munich and Zurich gave investors a better understanding of a French technology company. In just two days, the management board of the company, valued at around 250 million euros, met a total of 29 institutional investors. In addition to 9 one-on-ones meetings, 20 other investors attended the group presentations – in Zurich alone, 15 investors accepted the invitation. The Management Board succeeded in arousing interest in the company. Our most important findings from the discussions:
- An authentic appearance by the CEO increased interest in his company’s shares.
- Good English skills are required to convince investors.
Result: Several investors put the company on their watch list.
