SMT Scharf: Changes to the Managing Board of SMT Scharf AG
Hamm, March 12, 2018 — The Supervisory Board of SMT Scharf AG and Rolf Ferdinand Oberhaus, member of the Managing Board of SMT Scharf AG and in charge of Sales and Marketing, reached a mutual agreement not to extend the contract of Mr Oberhaus which expires 31 December 2018. The Supervisory Board has also decided to dispense Mr Oberhaus from his duties with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr Oberhaus for more than two years of valuable work on the Management Board and his enduring commitment to SMT Scharf AG. The SMT Scharf Group develops, builds and maintains transport equipment for underground mines as well as for tunnel construction sites. The main product consists of rail-bound railway systems which are used primarily in coal mines and for the underground mining of gold, platinum and other ores.
